I am a practicing psychologist in the field of mental health for the past 10+years. I have always believed that " We're all work in progress" which motivated me to do my graduation and Masters in Psychology. Over the years I realized that I have to dig deeper into understanding life, to help people. This motivated me to do a Teacher Training Course in Yoga and also learned Art Based Therapies. Hence, I have been blessed with opportunities to imbibe and inculcate, in self and others, various forms of therapy and intervention techniques, over time.
When I write "State of Mind Matters", I believe it. The mind is everything! My methods are focused on making you have complete control of your mind and move forward in your desired direction. My warmth and non-judgemental approach will allow you to share and face your deep fears comfortably.
'Self-reflection is the key to progress' has been my motto. I adhere to this by helping my clients rediscover themselves. I like being in a supportive capacity, and experience the change individuals go through to enrich their lives. If you are ready for a change, I want to serve as a catalyst!
